It’s fantastic news, isn’t it? After three lockdowns and nearly a year of restrictions, things are at long last starting to look brighter. On February 22nd, the Prime Minister announced his ‘Roadmap Out of Lockdown’, setting out the dates when certain restrictions will be eased, so at last we know when we can start welcoming guests back to our holiday homes to rent in Devon with swimming pools.
The first significant date on the calendar for us is 12th April; from then until 16th May single households or support bubbles will be able to come and enjoy a holiday in the Devon countryside. On the 17th May we can accept parties of 2 households or support bubbles, or 6 individuals, and they tell us that from 21st June there will be no limitations. These dates are all subject to certain criteria being met of course, but let’s keep looking on the bright side, let’s keep the faith.
This is what we’ve all been waiting for; slowly, slowly, things are going back to normal, and very soon you’ll be able to enjoy a very special holiday with your family and friends.
