If you need a reason to go to The Aviator Coffee Bar & Restaurant, well here's a nice thing to do when you're on your group holidays in Devon, in the Blackdown Hills; go up to Dunkeswell Airfield (wrap up warm because it's very high up here and the wind doesn't half blow) and watch the planes come and go and the parachutists landing. If you're down this way celebrating a very special birthday or anniversary you might have though ahead and booked a flight experience or a wing walk, so you don't need an excuse.
Anyhow, The Aviator Coffee Bar & Restaurant has views over the airfield so you can watch some of the action from there whilst you tuck into your cooked breakfast, your lunchtime toasties or a tasty home cooked meal like Sausage and mash, Ham, egg and chips, Macaroni cheese and Chilli. Come on a Sunday and there's a 4 meat carvery on offer, which is something not to be scoffed at (excuse the pun).
