AS FROM 5TH SEPTEMBER 2021 DIGGERLAND DEVON WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Fun by the bucket load for all ages, as long as you’re tall enough. Diggerland Devon near Cullompton is a theme park with a difference, based around big earth movers and construction machinery; it’s your chance to get behind the wheel of a JCB, an excavator or a dumper truck, and what a great way to let off steam! There are rides too, like the Spindizzy, Skyshuttle and Groundshuttle, or you can have fun on the dodgems and go-karts. Diggerland Devon is generally aimed at children aged 4-14 but hey, they’re well used to seeing kids of all ages here. If you’ve got tinies with you, you’ll be glad to know there are indoor and outdoor play areas, and sandpits and rides for them.
Big kids, aged 17 and over can book an Adult Experience Day and get to grips with a monster digger, JCB, Dumper Truck, or Formula JCB Racing. You should see their faces – smiles all round, which is why these experiences are a brilliant thing to do for birthdays, corporate team building days, and stag groups – and who’s to say the hens can’t have a go too?
There are cafes on site, or you can take a packed lunch and find a picnic table, and whatever you do, don’t bypass the Diggerland Goodie Store. A great day out when you're on your family holiday in Devon.
