Nestled in the Blackdown Hills (an area of outstanding natural beauty) lie our stunning holiday homes with swimming pools & hot tubs, perfect for families or groups of friends.

Summer has definitely arrived here in Devon and our holiday homes offer something for all the family to enjoy, whatever the age. We have also grown our portfolio of houses, now with 5 holiday homes and 3 Shepherds Huts we're busier than ever!

Up first is Wayside, a modern country house out in the Blackdown Hills with views that stretch on for miles and miles; there’s snooze space for 13, a covered pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, BBQ lodge, children’s play area and outdoor table tennis. Wayside has some availability for summer, with some great offers so be sure to book soon as to have those dates available is unusual for us.

Foxhill Lodge is out in the hills too, with staggering views over the Culm Valley. This lovely converted barn is set on a working farm on the borders of Devon and Somerset, but it’s not all mud and muck – far from it! There’s a heated pool, BBQ lodge and games room, and inside it’s just so homely, with interiors created by professional designers. Check out our availability in July as August is all booked up...be quick!

Herons Bank...we love Herons Bank. Modern and luxurious throughout, this large group holiday house sleeps 14 and is set in a private location near the mid Devon town of Cullompton. There’s an amazing spa hall with a heated pool, a hot tub and a games room with a full size snooker table. If you're quick, there's a couple of midweek breaks in July, but there is also some availability for later in the year, so if you fancy a holiday in Devon come on down! Maybe you have a big birthday to celebrate or a hen weekend to organise, in which case Herons Bank will tick all the right boxes, New Year is available for you to welcome in with a big celebration!

Completed in 2022, next up is The Cedars, a luxury timber-clad house that sleeps 10 guests in 5 en suite bedrooms, with room for 2 more on pull out truckle beds. The setting is absolutely stunning – peaceful and secluded; all around is glorious, unspoilt countryside and fresh air, views stretch on for miles across the Blackdown Hills AONB. As with all our properties, there is something for the whole family - there's a swim spa, BBQ lodge, outdoor table tennis, trampoline and play area. We have 1 sneaky midweek break available in July and then it will be time to start thinking about the autumn...come and celebrate New Year in style!

Finally, our newest addition is Lower Leigh, a wonderful holiday house for quiet family holidays in the country. The centuries old thatched farmhouse sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and has room for 2 more children (age <12 years); The Dairy sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. The setting is a delight, tucked away in winding country lanes with the glorious countryside of the Blackdown Hills AONB all around. This luxury group holiday house has a games room with a pool table, and is set in large gardens with a hot tub, year-round BBQ lodge, outdoor table tennis, a pizza oven and Gas BBQ. Come and bask in the last of the summer sunshine as we have the last week of August available before it's back to school time.
