World of Country Life, Exmouth, Devon
World of Country Life near Exmouth is a good place to visit when you’re on your group holidays in Devon, especially if you’ve got younger children with you. They’ll adore it – riding on the Deer Train Safari, feeding the lambs and calves, watching a bird of prey display, and even goat walking!
The good news is that World of Country Life is an all-weather family attraction so they’re well prepared for those not so clement days with an undercover Pet Centre and Animal Nursery, a Barnyard Theatre, Raceway Electric Cars, soft play areas and an interesting Exhibition Hall where you can find out lots about what goes on here. Tuck into tasty local food at Farmer Lee’s Food Barn, grab something from the Pasty Shack or Tractor Takeaway, or get organised and pack a picnic to enjoy at your leisure. A great day out!
