If you’re out and about exploring the East Devon coast when you’re down here on your large group holidays, spend a bit of happy family time at Seaton Jurassic. Here’s your chance to have a super-duper prehistoric experience as you travel on a time ship going back a staggering 200 million years., with a stop off to see some of the remarkable discoveries about life on earth that fossil hunters were making in the 19th century.
Meet dinosaurs and all manner of creatures, find out what it’s like to be a teeny weeny shrimp in a huge rockpool avoiding being lunch for predators, dig for fossils in the sandpit, play beneath the waves in the infinity pod and round it all off with a visit to the café. Great fun and if the weather’s not so good it doesn’t matter because everything is indoors. If on the other hand, the sun is shining, make the most of it and have a stroll along the beach at Seaton, go rockpooling at Axmouth and take a ride through the wetlands on the tram.
