If shopping is your passion you really should get yourself down to Exeter when you’re on your group holiday in Devon, because at Princesshay in the heart of the city there are over 70 big names stores with bargains galore to be found – one huge dose of retail therapy for the serious shopper. In no particular order you’ll find the likes of Joules, Fatface, Hollister, Zara, Lush, Beaverbrooks, Moss Bros, Monsoon, Oliver Bonas and Pandora.
Take the kids to Build-a-Bear then go for a bite to eat at Wagamama, Nandos or Slim Chickens. There are events held at Princesshay throughout the year – like a Tropical Beach Bar and Street Eats in the summer, and Christmas, well you can imagine. It’s full-on sparkle.
