For one night only, the crowds line the streets to watch a procession of illuminated floats move through the town, along with walking entrants, balloon sellers and refreshments. The atmosphere is lively, and when you think about the hard work that goes into the floats and the costumes, it’s pretty amazing – be a part of it.
