Detailed Route
- Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 26 and follow the signs for the A38 (Exeter/Tiverton) (third exit off motorway roundabout).
- At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted A38 Exeter/Tiverton.
- After 100 yds approx. next roundabout straight over (signposted Exeter/Tiverton)
- Continue until next rounabout (approx. 2 miles) and take first exit (staying on the A38 Tiverton/Exeter.
- Continue on the A38 for 2/3 miles past Poachers Pocket pub on left, continue up the hill and take the next left for Culmstock.
- Follow the winding road into Culmstock, past the Culm Valley Inn and over the bridge.
- You will then pass a war memorial on your left and go through an S bend and start heading out of the village.
- Take the next left turn, signed Blackborough and Dunkeswell.
- Approx a 1/3 mile take the second turning on the left, there is a grass triangle, go left here and Wayside is 300yds up the lane on your right.
